**Update: The number is now more than 15,000**
The number of illegal immigrants living under the Del Rio International Bridge along the Texas border has surged to more than 8,200 people awaiting processing from the U.S. Border Patrol as the situation grows “out of control,” according to Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin.
“Our drone is back over the international bridge in Del Rio, TX. Per source, the number of migrants waiting to be processed has now swelled to approx 8,200. It was 4,000 yesterday AM. Doubled in one day. BP overwhelmed, & I’m told situation is ‘out of control,’” Melugin tweeted on Thursday morning.
Melugin also posted a video of the swelling crowd on Twitter to show the enormous number of immigrants awaiting processing.
“Law enforcement source on the ground at the bridge this morning just sent me this video showing the situation there. I’m told a large majority of the migrants are Haitians and more are crossing into the US and arriving at the bridge by the minute. BP w/ limited manpower,” he tweeted.
Just one day ago, 4,200 illegal immigrants were staying under the bridge, according to Melugin.
“Our drone is currently over the international bridge in Del Rio, TX, where Border Patrol & law enforcement sources tell us over 4,200 migrants are waiting to be apprehended after crossing into US,” he tweeted Wednesday morning.
“Local BP holding facilities are overwhelmed and over capacity,” he added.
The unbelievable situation proves the consequences of Biden’s open border policies will end in the equivalent of refugee camps along our nation’s southern border. We are no longer assisting third-world nations. We are becoming one.
In August, more than 200,000 illegal immigrants crossed the southern border for the second month in a row.
South Carolina Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham made an important comment on Twitter in response to the scene. He asked, “How easy would it be for a terrorist to cross this broken border? We need to secure our border now. It is time for President Biden to bring order to the chaos at the border.”
He’s right. The border crisis is also a national security crisis. With America’s enemies now emboldened through Biden’s failures in Afghanistan, the next 9/11 may be from a person crossing the Rio Grande rather than on a plane crashing into a skyscraper.
We’re no longer only talking about mostly Mexican immigrants. Many of the immigrants in the images in Del Rio are from Haiti and other nations.
By the way, notice something else. No masks. No social distancing. Starting to look like a college football game crowd in size. While our school children are being forced to wear masks and employees are being forced to get a vaccine, illegal immigrants live as if COVID-19 does not exist.
Unless something changes quickly, what’s happening along our border under one bridge could soon spread to a community near you.

This is just 1 bridge in 1 town in 1 state — think of what it’s like throughout this country especially with this illegitimate,illegal, moron,insane administration secretly disbursing many all over the place. The only way to keep the immigrants from entering the United States is to keep sending them back to wherever they are coming from. Keep doing this, at a lesser cost than supporting all of them in the U.S. and they have to get the message eventually. Americans don’t want new immigrants period. If Democrats are so wanting all these people in the U.S.A., without checking background searches on all of them; then I say have all the democrats board a bus send them to where all these immigrants are, then every democrat has to take 300 of immigrants home and they will be responsible to take care of all their needs. That means medical, dental, food, clothing, and a place to live (no government funds are to help) AT their home for 5 months. Oh, and they have to take them to all appointments. They are not to leave the property for any reason or they go back where to where they came from “no if ands or buts”.
Democrats seem to be living in a world that the rest of us don’t live in (like high dollar homes and large walls around their home like Pelose) and we are the ones paying for what ever these immigrants need or what and government thinks we should be giving it to them. Then just maybe the democrats may learn what the rest of us in the U.S.A. are dealing with. Oh, the democrats are to teach all of them English!!
