A Wisconsin judge dealt a massive blow to Democrat’s this week with a ruling that bans the use of unsecured drop boxes in all future elections. Amazing things seem to happen when a judge doesn’t simply dismiss an election case “without standing.”
It’s now clear from the evidence gathered by True the Vote that the unsecured drop boxes – paid for by Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg in many cases – were a major factor in the wildly unpopular Joe Biden somehow obtaining 81 million votes in the 2020 election. And now this fraudulent tool has been taken off the table permanently in Wisconsin.
The fraud in the 2020 election in Wisconsin was so blatant that it actually earned a nickname: The Drop. Joe Biden was trailing Donald Trump by more than 100,000 votes in Wisconsin when all of the swing states suddenly stopped counting the votes at the same time. Then, in the middle of the night, The Drop happened in Wisconsin: A massive dump of Biden-only ballots was added to the total, delivering Joe Biden a 20,682-vote “victory” over Donald Trump. There were zero votes for Donald Trump in The Drop, which told everyone watching that we were witnessing one of the most outlandish examples of electoral fraud in US history.
As we’ve documented previously on Wisconsin: Mark Zuckerberg’s NGOs paid cash “grants” to Democrat-controlled counties in Wisconsin in 2020, ostensibly to help protect the public from COVID. But once the election officials took the money, Zuckerberg’s NGOs informed them that they wanted to administer the elections in Wisconsin completely – and many county clerks complied with that request.
By working with the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC), the new election overseers changed the elections laws in that state on the fly. There would be unsecured drop boxes distributed for anyone to drop ballots into, and ballot harvesting would suddenly be legalized as well.
Wisconsin election laws are very clear on this: Ballot harvesting is strictly illegal, and ballot drop boxes are not authorized for use in that state. And that’s exactly how Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge Michael Bohren ruled this week.
In a summary judgment against the WEC, Judge Bohren ruled that the WEC broke the law in Wisconsin by unilaterally changing election laws without a vote from the legislature. State legislatures have plenary power under the US Constitution on the manner in which they administer elections. And in Wisconsin, there’s no gray area here. The legislature only allows two ways to cast an absentee ballot: You can deliver your own ballot in-person to a clerk’s office, or you can mail your ballot through the postal service.
The WEC sent memos to all Wisconsin county clerks in March and August of 2020. They encouraged the clerks to set up unsecured drop boxes (to save everyone from COVID!) and to basically allow ballot harvesting to take place. The WEC even told voters that anyone else could deliver their ballot to a drop box for them.
The judge also ruled that the WEC should have gone through the normal rules process (60-day public comment period, etc.) in order to make such massive changes to state election laws, but failed to do so. Judge Bohren’s ruling bans the use of drop boxes completely in all future Wisconsin elections and reaffirms the fact that ballot harvesting is illegal in Wisconsin. This is a huge blow to the Democrats.
It’s unlikely that any higher court will overturn the ruling, for two reasons. First, the unilateral (and illegal) changes to Wisconsin election laws by the WEC has no prior precedent. And second, the US Constitution is very clear on the matter. State legislatures have total authority over how elections are not administered. Some unelected board of government workers does not have the authority to overrule state legislatures and the will of the people.
This ruling means that there will be no drop boxes used in Wisconsin in the 2022 midterms, or in the 2024 presidential election. The drop boxes are toast. And that’s something we should all be celebrating. This ruling was a pleasant surprise for this week. We’re hearing through the grapevine that the Special Counsel investigating the 2020 election in Wisconsin will issue his final report sometime in February. We can’t wait to see the additional examples of fraud that he uncovers!

We the Republic of America need a dead voter database so when the dead voters mysteriously pop up voting for a Demo RAT it will throw a huge red flag when the name is entered! Dominion voting machines should be outlawed in every state they are solely owned by the Demo RAT Party!

Cheers to this incredibly corageous Judge for his ruling to uphold the law and to secure justice in future elections, in order, to ensure, protect, and defend the right of every American within his state to legally run and secure elections. His ruling will hopefully encourage even more states to do the same if they haven’t already begun demanded future election integrity already. His ethical and honorable ruling in accordance with the law is a credit to the American Judicial System. It is a huge step in preserving democracy and in shouting out NO to tyranny. It is a win for America and a SHOUT OUT for FREEDOM and LIBERTY! Truth and Justice is what the American people deserve and have a right to expect in every election with every single vote that is cast across this nation. We shouldn’t have to ask for integrity in voting…it should be a given! Voting is an American right and privilege…it must never be taken lightly or abused and it should never be used or tampered with by any person/party, political or otherwise! Here’s the problem: ballot harvesting was ALREADY illegal, and drop boxes were ALREADY not authorized. Rule of law doesn’t do squat if it is not enforced. You can make new laws all day long and it doesn’t matter if nobody goes to jail for breaking them. We basically had bands of private election riggers infiltrate several states posing as “election experts” and took the job of running the elections right out from under the state officials who are the only ones legally responsible for running elections. While it is great that a judge is reaffirming that what happened was totally illegal and maybe making the laws firmer on this subject, what we really need to see is people doing jail time. When people are not punished for breaking election laws and engaging in election fraud, there is zero risk for them to continue doing it in the future. We are all seeing what happens when you remove the risk of penalty for shoplifting in CA right now. This complete disregard for the law happens with ANY law that is not enforced through conssequences.

I’d be surprised if any. But they would have to be authorized by the respective State Congress to be legal.
And where they had not authorized them, BEFORE ELECTION(!). they were ILLEGAL – their results INVALID!
And if the county/ies that had used them represent more than 1/3 of the total vote, result should be DECERTIFIED!
Why not ask SCOTUS to set a ruling?
With all the voter and election fraud that went on in 2020, how can we expect any future election to not have the same election and voter fraud? The short answer is, we can not. Something needs to be done to break up the monopoly the left-wing Democrats have on the media. Whether this is censorship or something else must be determined because the media will not do it themselves. Every American has to look at this with the brain the good lord gave them instead of the bias one our schools are using to brain wash everyone to be Democrats. Our country will be lucky to survive the stolen election of 2020 because someone other than Joe Biden is running our country. each state has a Department of Health that records deaths as they occur. the Secretary of State in each state can ping that database to keep their rolls clean. simple… I am a retire County Clerk from Texas.
