Trump Fights Back Against Biden with Lawsuit, Vows to Expose Administration’s Raid was Attack Against Political Rival
Former President Donald Trump has filed a lawsuit against the FBI, determined to expose the agency’s raid of his Florida home was a politically motivated attack by the Biden White House.
Trump’s lawsuit requests that a “special master” be appointed to conduct an audit of the items confiscated by the FBI – blocking the DOJ from reviewing the seized materials until the audit is complete and also seeks to have any items returned which were taken outside of the scope of the agency’s warrant.
“To date, the government has failed to legitimize its historic decision to raid the home of a President who had been fully cooperative,” states the lawsuit, titled Trump v. United States Government.
The DOJ issued a short statement in response to the lawsuit, adding that a lengthier response would come in court, “The Aug. 8 search warrant at Mar-a-Lago was authorized by a federal court upon the required finding of probably cause. The Department is aware of this evening’s motion. The United States will file its response in court.”
The lawsuit explains that the August 8 raid on his residence appears to be motivated politics rather than law and order, adding that Attorney General Merrick Garland took the “unheard-of step” in the aftermath of holding a press conference over the raid and agreeing to release part of the search warrant application.
The lawsuit also provides a brief history of the former president’s discussions with the National Archives over documents that the archives wanted retrieved from Mar-a-Lago, showing that Trump was more than cooperative and accommodating with the National Archive’s, and later the Department of Justice’s requests.
The suit goes on to state that Trump’s cooperation continued up until the point when the former president received a call from Justice Department counterintelligence chief Jay Bratt, informing Trump that the FBI is searching Mar-a-Lago.
“At approximately 9:10a.m., Mr. Bratt telephoned counsel for President Trump and informed him that a group of FBI agents was at Mar-a-Lago to execute a search warrant. Heated discussion ensued as to why the Government did not make a voluntary request to further explore the premises, given the expansive assistance that President Trump had provided to that point,” the lawsuit states.
Trump issued a statement of his own following the filing of the lawsuit, saying, “This Mar-a-Lago Break-In, Search, and Seizure was illegal and unconstitutional and we are taking all actions necessary to get the documents back, which we would have given to them without the necessity of the despicable raid on my home, so that I can give them to the National Archives until they are required for the future Donald J. Trump Presidential Library and Museum.”
Furthermore, memos show that the Biden administration facilitated the DOJ investigation into his political rival. According to the memos, the Biden White House instigated the probe by waiving Trump’s claim of executive privilege over the documents. The documents are rumored to be evidence Trump took that proved his innocence in the Russian collusion hoax the Biden-Obama administration fomented against him. This despite Biden claiming he had no knowledge of the DOJ’s raid against his future political rival.
Trump’s efforts to fight back against the DOJ’s political attacks represent a major inflection point for America and could be the only thing that stops the Democrats from fully adopting this tyrannical practice against every political opponent moving forward.

The only reason the scumbags at the FBI raided Trump’s residence was to retrieve the binder containing documents from operation Crossfire Hurricane. Then president Trump ordered them Declassified and to be released to the public, but they dragged out doing so until he left office. They wanted to redact all the names of who was in charge, and who did what within the FBI during the Russia Collusion Hoax. It was an FBI cover your ass move to keep it quiet, nothing to do with archives and Biden gave the go ahead to his weaponised DOJ Goon Squad. As usual, Biden is proving once again what a liar and coward he is. This raid on President Trump’s home was just another witch hunt with false accusations to keep him from running for president in 2024. Garland is the “ fall guy”, because he stupidly outed himself by saying he approved it. Plus, the Judge who gave the ok is already compromised in more ways than one. He is an anti trumper, recused himself on one of the lawsuits against Trump.
